Team Campus, a subsidiary of K Johnson Enterprises, LLC, announced on September 20 its “Live, Work, Play” expansion to Team Campus Bordentown (together “Team Campus”), a high-end mixed-use campus focused on residential apartments, medical/professional office buildings, and retail sites. The groundbreaking is scheduled to occur in April of 2020, following the Bordentown Township Planning Board’s passing of a resolution approving the plans for the construction of 84 luxury senior apartments in coordination with the Township’s Fairshare Housing obligation, on September 12, 2019.

Located at 115 Route 130 in Bordentown, New Jersey, Team Campus will comprise three state-of-the-art medical office buildings, and two retail buildings, as well as 84 luxury senior apartments. Team Campus also envisions adding an outdoor community swimming facility and an outdoor turf field.
